HA14 Task 03 – 3D Gameplay Animation Research
3D has become more and more common over the years. From staring out being a different way to view pictures, to a new way of looking at films and now gives a different experience to games.
When 3D when introduced many years ago with the stereoscopy; by David Brewster, naturally people thought it was absolutely amazing and something totally new. David wasn't the inventor of the device he merely just improved it by adding lens to device as the original stereoscopy was a pair of mirrors at a 45 degree angle at the user's eyes and reflecting a picture from the each side. Which was invented by Charles Wheatstone in around about the 1838. David Brewster's version wasn't made until 1844, many other version of the stereoscopy was made over the years, improving it with every year.
This is the start of 3D and how it came to be.
